I've never used a service like this but I was behind on laundry and very busy so decided to try it out. My address was showing as out of the service area so I called to double check and they were great- my address and account were set up by someone there same day. I put my stuff out for pick up the next evening and you get a text when they pick up. Your order is ready the next evening and arrived in a reusable laundry bag with everything perfectly folded and tied in bundles. I will definitely use them again. It's not a necessary service for me but it's great having the option if I don't have the time to do it myself. The prices seem reasonable to me though I didn't compare to others. The service and convenience are worth the cost.

AMAZING SERVICE! The process was flawless - they even paired my socks!! Clothes are super clean, and super well organized in thoughtful little well-folded bundles. They were responsive and super professional. Will DEF use them again.

I was so pleased to find the service. I really needed something to help me out. Because my husband works at home he does not want people in the house, but I still need help getting the housework done, and between the two of us we have fallen behind. This service really helped preserve my time off on the weekends, the laundry comes back clean, beautifully, folded, and organized. They match socks up. and gave us a FREE laundry bag. The only thing we have left to do is put it away. I love it!
